Payment information is processed securely through our payment processor, Creem, who serves as our Merchant of Record. We do not store your full credit card details or payment information on our servers. Creem handles all payment processing in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance standards.

Data Retention: Video content is not stored permanently. We temporarily process video URLs to generate transcripts, and this data is automatically deleted after processing. Transcripts are cached temporarily and automatically deleted after 24 hours unless you choose to save them in your account.
Data Transmission: All data transmission between your device and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols.
Account Data: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

- Transcription Processing: We use third-party AI services (such as Supadata AI) to process video transcriptions. Video URLs are sent to these services for processing but are not stored by them.
- Payment Processing: We use Creem as our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Payment information is handled by Creem in accordance with their privacy policy.
- Hosting and Infrastructure: We use cloud hosting providers to store and process data. These providers are bound by strict data protection agreements.
- Analytics: We may use analytics services to understand how our service is used and to improve user experience. These services collect aggregated, anonymized data.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to:
